Companion plugin for Templater modal-form

Hello everybody.
After several months of using my own plugin, I'm convinced that it will be interesting for all templater users, hence I'm sharing it here.

It is a plugin aimed at provide a nicer user experience when collecting data or doing tasks that may benefit from a better UI than sequential prompts.
It allows you to define forms which you can use anywhere for anything templater can do:

• Use them to just input data in a more visual and nicer way
• Use them to route complex workflows and take decissions based on the data input
• Mix the two above usecases: some fields for data collection, some other fields for deciding where to put the note, which sections to include/exclude etc

The best part, and why it is interesting for templater, is that I designed it to integrate well with other plugins, specially from templater, so the main way to interact with the plugin is by calling it from templater templates.

The plugins supports a growing list of input types, from free text inputs, text areas, selection lists, suggesters for other notes, folders or even dataview queries...
