My template creates a blank note in the root folder

Hi guys, please bear with me for I'm not a programmer. I generated the following script with the help of ChatGPT. Basically I want to list down all the tags used in the vault in _hidden./TagsCache.md when I trigger the template/script. Below is the script.

However, every time I trigger this template, it creates or edits the TagsCache.md just fine, but it also creates a blank note Untitled.md at the root of the vault. Can you please help me debug this?

How are you triggering Templater? If you are running the "Create new note from template" command, then you will be creating a new note, likely called Untitled.md. If you are running the "Open insert template modal" command, then I would not expect an Untitled note to be created.
