Convert note into folder and move note inside

How does it work?

Initial state:

• foo.md

After executing template:

• foo/foo.md
• foo/_resources

Why?

It is useful for me to convert a note into a folder with _resources, so I can store some linked resources for this particular note. E.g. I am working on some bureaucracy paperwork and I want to store all the documents together in the same _resources folder.
