Small fix and French translation

This is a minor release with not much change for the end user.

Updated for usb2snes 6 and shortcut edition!

Now you can edit the save and load shortcut. It will be saved per game
No need to tell the ui when a rom is running it will do it alone
Improved logging

Changed to MSVC 2017 release, should be a bit smaller files.
