Externalising the Agent Jar

Hello John,

Finally i got around to add the issue, which I mentioned to you. I believe we should move the appdynamics agent jar outside the package (external to IS/MSR installation) . Generally with customer, the maintenance of agents happens outside and separately, and not with IS. What do you think?

Current issue is that the current structure includes the version of the agent in the file path. Would need to know that in my code so I need to reflect how we configure this so my code doesn't break
