1. Programming languages

1.1 For the back end we choose Python and its framework Django.
1.2 For the front end we choose JavaScript with the Remix development framework.

2. Function as a service

We consider e.g. Microsoft Azure.

3. Database as a service

We consider e.g. MicroSoft and Singlestore.

4. We think of using GitHub Codespaces as an integrated development environment and GitHub Actions for continuous integration and deployment.

I see this as an endeavour of a billion people. Anybody may contribute money or services so that we make this one of the most useful programs. It needs to be at least as reliable as software from Meta or MicroSoft. We’ll keep discussing its design; we’re going to pay for whatever is necessary for this to be an excellent service usable globally.
We’ll take time to talk with you about what benefits you want from computers. We can try to make available the necessary features in id. (When it is more useful to make some features available in another program, we’re willing to develop it.)
