Tile the bathroom floor/walls

The linoleum tile can't be cleaned and it looks dirty all the time. Replace with tile for ease of cleaning. The walls around toilet and backsplash should also be part of this upgrade.

I have a tile saw. Toilet will need to be pulled. I can research what kind of tile (type, color, grout). I have lots of experience in tiling and grouting! I can spear head this project.

This effort is t officially a part of the renovation plans, but that being said, tile for a room that size is cheap enough and if you’re still willing to put I. The effort, great!
