SonarQube 9.1 Release

Release of SonarQube 9.1.
This release also introduces a beta release of a new helm chart to deploy the Datacenter Edition of SonarQube on Kubernetes.

sonarqube:

• updated sonarqube to 9.1.0
• added resources to ui-test pod template

sonarqube-dce:

• changed external database connection logic
• added option to use external secret as jwtSecret
• removed initSysctl from application pods
• fixed pvc template for search nodes
• added flag to handle hazelcast on k8s
• adapted probes for search nodes
• made search nodes start up in parallel
• search nodes no longer wait for the database connection
• added new headless services for search and app
• separated search and app configuration
• added new search service

SonarQube Helm Chart bugfix release

sonarqube:

• fixed condition check to add new certificates
• fixed invalid: metadata.labels: Invalid value error on the chart label of the pvc

sonarqube-lts:

• fixed invalid: metadata.labels: Invalid value error on the chart label of the pvc
