Squigglies are longer than issue where it includes non-latin characters while analyzing CFamily files

Description

When analyzing CFamily files if the issue which needs to be underlined has non-latin or accented latin characters the squigglies are longer than it's supposed to be. This only happens in CFamily and not other languages (JSTS, Roslyn).

As it can be seen at the image if the variable name is xyz squiggly is shorter than others.

• Check if this happens in Clion also
• Check if this is specific to our issues or also applicable to issues raised by Visual Studio.
• Work with CFamily team to find the root cause and fix it
