Special characters break login redirection

If you try to go to a url while not logged in you'll be redirected there after logging in. This breaks for urls with special characters in them such as an email with a plus in it. /users/[email protected]/

Still breaking with 500 Server Error

Did you test with a real user? The 500 error is a user not found error.

that's... odd. I definitely tested with a real user, just a copy/pasta'd url from user detail page. I just tested again with another real user and it worked :/
