Spike sorting failure with concurrent.futures.process.BrokenProcessPool

Hello,

I am quite excited to get started with SpikeInterface! I've been going through the How To Get Started tutorial, but every spike sorter I try to run fails. So far I've tried the installed ones (tridesclous2, spykingcircus2, simple).

The error output:
concurrent.futures.process.BrokenProcessPool: A process in the process pool was terminated abruptly while the future was running or pending.
Spike sorting failed. You can inspect the runtime trace in C:\Users\RozeskeLab_cardamom\Desktop\simple_output/spikeinterface_log.json.

I have also tried kilosort2 using Docker, which results in this error:
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/Users/ROZESK~1/AppData/Local/Temp/spikeinterface_cache/tmp_d62a8f3/71RD33I8/binary.json'

Another error is raised in the output for the installed sorters:
ValueError: Folder C:\Users\RozeskeLab_cardamom\Desktop\tdc2_output already exists

In fact, it seems as if my script is being run multiple times for some reason, because this error comes up 10 times in one run.

I would recommend posting this into the issues rather than the discussions. We didn't see this. Sorry! Could you open an issue so we can fully troubleshoot. I will say there are some caching issues on Windows for TDC2 and SC2 so that may be part of your problem currently.
