Does the Spike Interface filter and detect spikes from a WB signal before sorting? If it cant detect, does one need to provide the detected spikes? |

Here it is. The sorters in spike interface do not automatically filter the data. The data must be filtered before sorting. One can provide the spike data or filter raw data using the filters in spike interface. Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong. |
