So that your log files etc etc go into a project-specific location and you can switch between projects without messing the result of a previous computation.

See per_project_s2b_output branch for work on this issue. In fact, it has to be experiment specific.

More work on this in per_expt_graphs branch. I have working-ish code, but it's crashy.
