Clicking on an external hyperlink will navigate to that URL within the application window. For external URLs, the app should invoke the user's default browser to navigate to the URL. Internal navigation-based links should continue to work within the StatWrap application window.

Added handlers for anchor clicks and determine if electron should handle the click, or if we should send it to the user's default browser.
