How can I see the visibility time for the specified planet?

I want to see when the planet starts to be visible, when is the best time to view the planet and when the planet no longer be visible due to low altitude of the planet or sun is rising soon. It should be like Time and Date Night Sky section labeled Tonight's Sky in (location) like View before/after sunrise/sunset and Planets Visible in (location) where it has the comment column and In The Sky Ephemeris section labeled Observable (hover mouse).
