Creating a List of Bluetooth Settings for Each Phone Model

I had an idea, that we should maybe create, if it's not already existent, some sort of web form and collect information from people actively using Xdrip with their specific phone model, and what kind of settings worked for them to make Xdrip more accessible with ease to the public.

Then, produce some sort of list we can either sticky or publish somewhere, and make the whole setting up process easier and more accessible.

If it's already been done before, this can be locked down.
