[Bug]: External player playback resume not working #1206

Describe the bug

Video plays from the beginning always with external player instead of resume.

Player used : Next player (ver 0.12.3 )
Stremio version : 2.0.0 rc4

To Reproduce

Set external player for playback in settings.
Open any video from results.
Play
Back to results screen
Try to resume playback again with the external player
Video starts from the beginning.

Expected behavior

Video should resume from where it was left . Supported players : Vlc,mpv,mx player,next player,just player.
