[Bug]: Series uses incorrect cover in Library

Describe the bug

The Shield and the Sword (1968) uses the cover for Million Dollar Island when it's in my library.

To Reproduce

1. Look up "The Shield and the Sword"
2. Save it to your library
3. Look in the Library

Expected behavior

I expected to see the appropriate cover, which is visible on the search page.

The covers on the search page are IMDb official covers. They are not used by default on Stremio but just appear in search results. Stremio has another source for title posters. This is not a bug.
