[Bug]: Windows display scaling makes dropdown menus display incorrectly

Describe the bug

When Windows display scaling is set to >100% the dropdown menus only display partially making it so most items can not be selected. The workaround to this is that you can use the arrow keys, but you still can't see what you're picking.

To Reproduce

Set windows scaling to anything above 100% then try to use a dropdown menu anywhere in the app.

Expected behavior

The app should scale the size of the dropdown to fit its contents.
