[Bug]: Hanime addon videos fail to play with error, "switching to external player libvlc" fails

Describe the bug

Attempting to play videos using Stremio 1.6.12 and the Hanime addon results in an error and "switching to external player libvlc" which then also fails.

First noticed this stop working last year and assumed an issue with the source, but it turns out Stremio version 1.6.9 still works fine so it must have been a change in one of the updates since then.

1.6.9 APK used was com.stremio.one-1.6.9-7048609-armeabi-v7a.apk from 2024 wayback machine archive of stremio.com

To Reproduce

1. Open latest android TV Stremio (1.6.12)

2. Install latest Hanime addon (1.02)

3. Attempt to play any video from the addon, fails to load and says "switching to external player libvlc" which also fails.

4. Uninstall latest Stremio, install Stremio android TV version 1.6.9 ARM v7a from 2024 archive of stremio.com

5. Install latest Hanime addon (1.02)

6. Attempt to play any video, successful playback.

Expected behavior

This addon's videos used to play without issue using Stremio 1.6.9 last year, and still do when 1.6.9 apk is downloaded & installed manually.
