The session order from /api/data/sessions is not stable across repeated queries.

How to reproduce:

  1. Launch a session
  2. Launch another session, one which cannot start
  3. Observe how the session list jumps around in the dashboard.

Suggestion: sort sessions by ID (name) in GET /api/data/sessions.
