To increase visibility of the package, it could be prepared and submitted to CRAN. To prepare for this, we might want to improve documentation and ensure that all function tests sufficiently cover likely eventualities.

I'd vote against this, as passing all of the CRAN checks requires substantially more work than I think is warranted for a small package like this 😞
