5.9.1 (Battery turn off, new fan monitoring)

Fan control apps:

• Fan monitoring code changed - old one provide very slow fan spin rate at overboost values at some systems.
• For GUI apps, if power mode before app start was "Manual", fan boost will be set to 0 after app exit.

AlienFX-GUI:

• New: "Turn lights off on battery" option added to "Settings" tab. If on, switch to battery power will turn off lights, switching back to AC turn it on.
• Bug fixed: Event lights can have incorrect color after app start if temperature is stable.
• Bug fixed: Off and Dim power/indicator checkboxes doesn't change light correctly in some cases.
• Bug fixed: Incorrect color prediction in some cases.

All GUI apps:

• Yet another attempt to fight DPI scale. Now apps just set compatibility settings (may not apply at first start and if running not from admin).
