Could you check how VertiPaq Analyzer is configured under Tools > Preferences > VertiPaq Analyzer? If it is set up like below: ...it should show "Missing keys", "Invalid rows", and "Sample violations" in the "Relationships" tab: |

The VertiPaq Analyzer settings were not checked, so I ticked them, but it did not change what I'm seeing. I have a table marked with RI violations, however when I go to the table in Relationships, its all zeros on Missing Keys, Invalid Rows and Samples. In situations where data is normalized across multiple tables, i.e. dimension to a fact table, then the fact table is a dimension to another fact table, can RI issues 'propagate up' from an analysis perspective? I have some sub tables that do have some limited/minor RI violations (should be able to correct in Power Query). Could those violations be getting reflected 'further up' the hierarchy? |

Just a thought @rpiboy-79 - the RI issues will generally show up in Vertipaq Analyzer on the Many side of a relationship, so check your FACT tables. |

I've dabbled in using TE3, I'm looking at my analysis results and it indicates I have some Ref Integrity issues. However, when I go over to Relationships I have nothing listed with missing keys. Beyond manually investigating the various relationships, is there an easy way to determine which relationships I should zero in on to do further analysis on the RI of them/it?
Thanks!
