Tabs 标签页 优化 #264

Tabs 标签页做得不友好：
1.只有点击字才会切换(点击字隔壁的空白地方是没反应的)，给人感觉就是不灵敏
2.没动画

可以参考vant的标签页，那个做的比较好

同遇到这个问题，这个tab点击交互对我还挺重要，没办法，只能快速切换成vant了

是的，确实有问题，但是vant的tab动画加的要慎重
