Intermediate claw positions

There needs to be claw positions for all the stack heights, plus for picking totes.

Would it be better to save buttons by just using the while held home and top buttons as is currently done? @pdvaughan Have you had problems controlling the height of the claw for intermediate positions?

We don't separate buttons, there should be a button to bring the claw to the same height as how many totes were stacked

@amikhalev So you want to store the height of the last made stack? You should put that in the design document for the tote count.
