Eboard: Members-By-Year View

Having a view showing which board members are freshmen, sophomores, seniors, etc would be really handy for recruiting/succession planning.

Note: we already have the API models set up for capturing each board member's graduation date (it's the graduationDate that's nearest in the future among their Person.schools), but right now no one actually stores their graduation date because the intranet makes it very hard to add a SchoolAttendance resource and link it to the person. This ultimately boils down to TechAtNYU/intranet#110, which should really be a priority
