[Feature Request] MobTag permission

Hi Techcable, thank you for keeping this project alive and working.
In my server I have MobTag active to block TPs during any form of damage (before I was using cooldowns but users didn't like it).
However, since I don't use cooldowns anymore, VIPs have a feature less. So I would like a permission to ignore MobTagging, so they can tp also while they are tagged by mobs
