grpc server address should setting a default value #232

如图所示，GrpcHepler#getPaasServerHost方法如果获取不到配置，应该返回一个默认值或者是直接抛异常，如果直接返回null的话，在创建grpc channel会直接抛异常，这样不是很友好，感觉可以修改一下
