If we start TVsCE with
"InstallDevPlugins": "true", when installing plugins from command pallet or sidebar, it will install the ones we have built locally.There is no visual indication that TVsCE is in that mode.
Also, there is no GUI way to know which plugins have been installed from local source and which ones are installed from a remote source
