I'm trying to use multiple arduinos (mostly megas) as I have a lot of switches that need monitoring, and I'm having some trouble with the renaming. I have successfully renamed two chips individually with different names, and they show up in device manager with the correct names. However, any midi program (both MIDI-OX and the software I'm trying to control) detect them has having the same name. Do you have any idea why this might be happening? I have included screenshots of device manager and the MIDI-OX port mapping.
Thanks!

Hi. Go to Wdinows device manager, and delete all usbmidiklik midi interfaces you see.
This is mainly due to Windows caching USB connection. Prudent to change also the USB PID for each device you plan to use.
Hi, thank you very much for this!
