Possible Bug: From time to time, there is this recycle sound thats runs non stop on a stage.

Hi,
From a humble player that spot the bug after 2 days on playing with the Mod, RisingTides .

Possible Bug: From time to time, there is this recycle machine sound that runs non stop on a stage. A Constant Loop.
When navigated to the source of where the sound comes from, there is no recycle machine there. At times, the sound did just comes from mid air.

I don't really know how to reproduce this as I just added the mod recently. It doesn't always happens as well, which makes it even more difficult to pin point what caused it.
