[Request] US International AltGr no deadkeys keyboard layout

I believe this is the right bucket to request this, as this is nonportable feature.

See United States (International) with AltGr dead keys.

The US Intl. that is available on Windows has dead keys.

I have requested it here: ScoopInstaller/Extras#8268, but I've seen similar items in this bucket,
such as workman-np, which leads me to believe that this is the better place for this.
