Support for on-demand triggers

hi! 👋

i'm using this great library in my projects, and I've been thinking that it would be great to allow triggering the next top loader on demand, e.g. when some network requests is launched.

this would allow using the next top loader as the 'universal' loading indicator throughout the app, not just when a navigation event occurs.

what do you think?
