Does not display for form actions #113

When navigating between pages by submitting a form, the top loader does not display.

For example, with this code when hitting enter or clicking the search button the top loader will not display.

<form action="/some-page" method="get">
    <input type="text" />
    <button type="submit">Search</button>
</form>

A minimal reproduction can be found here: https://github.com/switchtrue/nestjs-top-loader-form-repro

app/page.tsx contains a form that submits to /second-page - this does not show the top loader
app/page.tsx and app/second-page/page.tsx contains link between the two pages that does show the top loader

This reproduction has been deployed to Vercel to view the behaviour: https://top-loader-form-repro.vercel.app/
