i downloaded the aarch64-unknown-linux-musl-simple-http-server and tried to run on linux. I received the following error:

 cannot execute binary file: Exec format error

distribution info:

lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID:	Ubuntu
Description:	Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
Release:	22.04
Codename:	jammy

how can i start the binary?
