NER HF datasets usage

Hello, I guess it's a good place to ask this instead of issues.
So, I've been trying to understand how to use HuggingFace datasets with ner_model. For instance I'd like to just specify conll2003 as data and it will do the work for me, but it seems to me that that's not the way it's supposed to work now.

Could you provide minimal example on how I can use this functionality and/or how one can help implement it?
