ROTORGEARENGINEON is unable to handle proportional input which disallows testing of rotor guard firmware application.

The responsible part of Yasim code is here

The best approach will be interfacing the model of the motor to the rotor. This approach is planned in Yasim, but not realized for more than four years.

I opened the ticket requesting a definition that should be acceptable for possible upstream merge-request.
