Prevent unnecessary/unexpected whitespace (for better wikitext layout)

More a wish than a groundbreaking idea...

Willfully getting ahead of myself, if the downside to this is "but that's not backwards compatible", then please add a new config setting where this proposed behaviour defaults to off.

This (admittedly trivial example)...

\define XXX()
<$set name=yyy value=stuff>
<$button class="tc-btn-invisible tc-tiddlylink">
something
</$button>
</$set>
\end

and this...

<<XXX>>.

renders as something<space>.

The fix, of course, is...

...
</$button></$set>

which renders without the space, something.

And <<tag mytag>>. visually, is even worse.

I'm guessing these are not addressable at the level of granularity I'm asking for, but just in case... :)
