Describe the bug
postgresql does not like the unencrypted string with md5 see here for what previous code was.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. git clone ansible-playbooks
  2. git checkout a98aeeaeb9f876d48f8021682bba0c839f2d1803
  3. See error

Expected behavior
postgresql is automatically supposed to make a user with the password you set in the main.yml file.
