The OSM-map is not loading and it is impossible to create a new task.
Using another browser does not help.

@ChHertweck there seems to be a misconfiguration with the server, so that the URL https://www.prosoar.de/settings/initial.js fails to load with an HTTP 403 Forbidden.

I think that @TobiasLohner is still owner of the site, so he has to become active. I'm really missing this tool, it was very useful to brainstorm some tasks quickly. If I can assist, please let me know.

I think this issue is a huger problem. I've started to port proSoar in #33 to a current Python stack, which already works a little bit more than the current live version. Help wanted!
