Hey Folks,

As a colorblind user it's very challenging for me to see what colors the the "Saved" and "Formatted" indicators are in the SQLMesh UI. Could this be replaced with a higher contrast color, or ✅ / ❌ characters?

We'll be adding these types of characters ✔ / ❌ in a revamped terminal output in the next month or so.

✅ renders a bit clearer on Linux machines.
