Get NIC's "hiding" in namespaces.
More importantly, get macvtap interfaces in namespaces so that we can attach -sink devices to macvtap devices.

This is mandatory in order to connect veth tethers from the outside world, into the namespace of a VM and attach the one end of a veth tether to the macvtap of the machine.
