Split configuration options for residents and foreigners when starting a war. In eventwar it allows you to configure switch_item build/destroy etc in each type of war but this affects both the defender and the enemy, my suggestion is based on you being able to individually configure the actions that both the defender and the attacker can do, so if I want Neither side can destroy in any town, but if I want only the defender to be able to operate doors while the attacker cannot, I can do it, it is also important to configure that the war allies have the same permissions as their own side, that is, yes. I configure that the attacker cannot activate doors, his allies should not be able to operate either.
