External organizations must be able to obtain a transcript for a specific page which has been ingested in a collection. The ingested METS contains such file names and urls and thus finding the transcript matching an image file, is a required feature. In the case of multiple transcripts being available, a sensible default could be the latest.

We don't keep the urls so the original filenames are the prefered way. But it is than the responsibility of the uploader to make sure that a document or even a collection has unique filenames. So do we want the filename search on document or collection level. BTW this is also a question for #16
