Strange boxes in note preview

I think this might be something wrong with day template, might related to the bootstrap upgrade.

The original dat template should be a checkbox, but it showing a list bullet point.

Creating with this template will lead to this wired boxes.

But if you remove the old text and recreate a checkbox, it can display correctly in note preview.

Also, if you recreate the checkbox in the day template, it also display the checkbox correctly.

So I suppose updating the initalized notes should fix this, I'm not sure how to do this, maybe you can help with this?
