From their wiki:
A web extension that redirects Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Google Maps, Reddit, Google Search, & Google Translate requests to privacy friendly alternative frontends for those sites - Nitter, Invidious, FreeTube, Bibliogram, OpenStreetMap, SimplyTranslate & Private Search Engines like DuckDuckGo and Startpage.

The addition of Tubefeeder will greatly increase its usability

I am not quite sure what you mean. privacy-redirect is a browser extension, but Tubefeeder is not interacting with a browser in any way (except if you have set the browser as the player). I plan to add a feature in the future that would substitute the YouTube-link with the Piped-link of the instance chosen, but I currently probably don't have time for that.
