Purpose

To store the data received from CAN, we need specific representations of every ELEC hardware that will send SOFT data through CAN.

Description

This involves the design of a boatModule object which will hold the CAN Frame ID, name, purpose, and most recent data.
FINAL CONFIGURATION WILL BE CONFIRMED FROM ELEC, but likely to be very similar to below.
