Make the code testable
Add simple tests
Refactor towards modularity (add a new issue for that)

@cjnickel has done some initial work - see the discussion under #28 and the https://github.com/UFGInsurance/mulint/tree/chris/poc/context-and-reporter branch.

Look at https://eslint.org/docs/developer-guide/architecture for inspiration.
