The Modern slavery phase 1 encompasses webform pods,redis pods,ngnix proxy etc .The file vault pods are not part of Modern slavery phase 1 delivery but are seen as up and running in pre-production environment.

These pods should be disabled and deleted to avoid any confusion or issues during production deployments.

It is noted the disable/deletion of File vault pods/replicas should be reflected in the release notes and kube-modern-slavery gitlab page

**- We deployed the new release close to the time the system required testing. The pods need time to be pulled down and brought back up again.

ACP advised to do releases with ample lead time to avoid and downtime to the system.

We will aim to deploy at least 2 hours before scheduled testing is required. Preferably the day before.

In production if we have 3 pods. In our dev environment we only have 1 so when we bring it down, it can cause an issue. We can have a plan nevertheless just to be aware that downtime is possible but less likely in production

***- ACP responded
A 504 error indicates that the ingress container received no response from the application. I can see 5 requests resulting in a 504 error code to this app within the last week, all of them within this two minute period.

As your app is running with a single replica, it most likely dropped as a result of an application fault, or a cluster scaling action and was temporarily unavailable
